STEEL PROPHET Announce New Lineup

April 28, 2003

STEEL PROPHET have announced the addition to the group's ranks of vocalist Nadir D'Priest (ex-LONDON, D'PRIEST). D'Priest replaces Rick Mythiasin (currently in TARAXACUM),who left the group last July due to "musical and personal differences". "Nadir's vocal power fits right in with the STEEL PROPHET sound, and his delivery of the older material is without a doubt up to par with what fans expect from STEEL PROPHET," the band stated in an official press release. Also on the STEEL PROPHET front, the group have added a guitarist in the shape of Pete Skermetta, who steps into the band after Jim Williams left in late 2002. The band recently signed with Denmark's Intromental Management and are currently seeking a new record deal having fulfilled their contract with Nuclear Blast.
